For this month’s Great Cakes Soap challenge, I tried to create a fun and colorful soap design based on Tatiana Serko’s wall pour design, as required by the challenge. The technique was quite simple, but my initial fragrance choice and some other formulation factors almost spoiled the fun :-(.

A few tries later I settled for a color palette that reminded me of tiger stripes and a nourishing formula containing avocado oil. The results are shown below. I named the soap “Eye of the Tiger” (that song kept on ringing in my ear). It was scented with some citrus notes that included orange, lemongrass, and Wasabi.
I have added one other photo of a soap made with the left over batter just for fun (nothing went to waste :-D). Hope you like them!

Made additional soap circles with the left over soap batter. It turned out very cool! :-)
